To knock is to remember... To open is to reclaim... After many years of hesitation and self-doubt, I started to knock on the door of my past. For a long time, I carried stories I didn't yet have the language to express - stories of the women who came before me, of strength disguised as silence. In my culture, behind every old door lies memory, heritage and identity. My mission, through my research, was to reclaim the voices that history tried to mute. Knowing where I come fro
