Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Each piece is created with care and craftsmanship. Because of the nature of handmade and custom artwork, please read the Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1.⁠ ⁠All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the uniqueness of original artwork and the personalised nature of commissions:

 

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on original artwork, prints, or custom orders once payment is made.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Commissions (Custom Artwork)

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a commission.

This covers artist time, materials, planning, and design development.

 

Once work has started:

    •    Deposits cannot be refunded

    •    Changes to the concept or design may incur additional charges

    •    The final balance must be paid before delivery or collection

 

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Products (If Applicable)

 

Digital downloads, files, or custom design work are non-refundable once delivered.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged Orders

 

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

    •    Your full name

    •    Order number

    •    Clear photos of the damage + packaging

 

We will review and, where possible:

    •    Arrange a repair,

    •    Replace the piece (if it is a print), or

    •    Assist in a shipping insurance claim.

 

We cannot accept claims made after 48 hours, as carriers require immediate documentation.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

Once shipped, delivery times are outside our control.

Delays due to customs, weather, strikes, holidays, or courier backlogs do not qualify for refunds.

 

If a parcel appears delayed:

    •    Please check your tracking number

    •    Contact your local postal service for updates

 

If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will support a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Colour Variation Disclaimer

 

Please note:

Screen and display colours vary by device.

Slight differences between on-screen and in-person colours do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Financial Entity & Records

 

Art sales made on this website are processed through:

 

Inna Skin Ltd

acting as the financial and administrative body for Nana Bellara.

 

This does not affect your consumer rights but ensures secure, compliant business operation.
