Due to the nature of handmade original artwork and custom commissions:

 

All sales are final.

 

We do not issue refunds or accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

 

If your order arrives damaged:

    1.    Email photographs of the damage within 48 hours to nanabellara@gmail.com

    2.    We will assess and support a replacement or insurance claim where possible.

 

Commission deposits are non-refundable.
